As previously discussed,  a “Governing Documents Review Committee” was appointed in 2021 to review the original governing documents and make change recommendations to the Board.

The original Covenants had many references concerning the Developer / Declarant. The Bylaws contained membership classes, considering the Declarant-owned lots.    Riverwatch worked with Attorney Lacey Piland on a rewrite to simplify the governing documents.

Attorney Lacey Piland and the Board of Directors have reviewed and approved the final copy that is now being presented to the members for review and vote.
